1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

• Rates are subject to change until a booking is finalized.

• Guests must provide valid identification and contact details.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. House Rules

• No smoking inside the property

• No loud noise after 10 PM

• No parties or unauthorized guests

• Pets allowed only if specified in the listing

4. Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage during the stay. Costs for repair or cleaning will be charged accordingly.

5. Modifications & Cancellations

Crescent Stays reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice and appropriate compensation.
