We strive to provide flexible and fair refund terms at Crescent Stays. Please read our policy carefully before booking.

1. Cancellations by Guests

• Full Refund: If canceled 7 days or more before check-in.

• Partial Refund (50%): If canceled 3–6 days before check-in.

• No Refund: If canceled within 48 hours of check-in or for no-shows.

2. Cancellations by Crescent Stays

In the rare event we must cancel your reservation due to maintenance, double booking, or safety issues, you’ll receive a 100% refund, along with assistance to find alternative accommodation.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

4. Long-Term Bookings

For stays longer than 14 days, custom cancellation terms may apply. These will be clearly outlined before booking.
